1-TUPOLEV TU 144

This was the first supersonic commercial aeroplane ever seen in the world, it was build up independently by the Sovietic Union in Moscow, it was launched for the first time in 1969. It had capacity for 140 passengers and a cruising speed of 2430 km/h! It was powered by 4 turboreactors. Tis aircradt was only used by the Russian airline 'Aeroflot'. Finally it was removed in 1983 for the same reasons as the Concorde.
